The Collection
The facility houses a collection of hundreds of thousands of planetary images and mission information in a variety of formats; a large collection of Earth-based planetary images taken by local observers; geologic, topographic, and shaded relief maps of planetary bodies produced by the USGS and other organizations; a film, videotape and DVD collection; a collection of images, available to University educators for use in their courses—the public may request duplicates from the collection; a CD-ROM collection of data sets.
