The conference will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in Casa Feliz at the Hacienda del Sol. Signs will point you to the meeting site. Casa Feliz is fully air-conditioned.A registration table will be inside Casa Feliz where you can pick up your nametag, abstract volume, and other information.
A continental breakfast will be laid out at 8:00 a.m. both days in the anteroom. Buffet lunches will be held both days in the Dining Room. Coffee and tea will be available in the anteroom during scheduled coffee breaks. Ice water will be available in both the conference room and the anteroom throughout the day.
A reception will take place on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. with hors d'ouvres and a cash bar.
Hacienda del Sol's Dining Room serves dinner every evening. Reservations are recommended. Call the Hacienda at 299-1501.
