Information for All Attendees

The conference will take place from 9:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., in the Saguaro Room at the Tanque Verde Ranch. Signs will point you to the meeting site. The Saguaro Room is fully air-conditioned.

A registration table will be located in the lobby of the Saguaro Room where you can pick up your nametag, schedule, and other information.

A continental breakfast will be laid out at 9:00 a.m. both days in the anteroom. Buffet lunches will be held both days in the Main Dining Room. Coffee and tea will be available in the anteroom during scheduled coffee breaks. Ice water will be available in both the conference room and the anteroom throughout the day.

A reception will take place on Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. with hors d'ouvres and a cash bar.
