Abstracts

Scope of Material

Presentations may be made on any aspect of ongoing or recently completed research, whether or not it has been presented previously (or will be presented subsequently) in another place.

Format

Abstracts should be submitted before the close of registeration. We accept abstracts electronically via the web. This can be done when you register, or later by adding it to your registeration. We will typeset your abstract into pdfs for the conference proceedings. The final abstract format will be similar to the Style Example for details.

Abstracts length

Abstracts can be a maximum of 700 words, or 500 with figures. They will be typeset to fit a single page in the conference proceedings.

Changes

Changes can no longer be made at this time. Contact the planning committee for help.

Presentation Types

You may request either a talk or a poster presentation. Talks will be 10 minutes in length, with 5 minutes for questions. Posters will be up on Tuesday, and a special session will be devoted to them as well. Because of the limited time we will have, the organizing committee reserves the right to make the final decision on a presentation's format.
