Information for All Attendees
Dates:
- Monday, May 19
- Tuesday, May 20
The conference will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the meeting room in Hacienda del Sol. Signs will point you to the meeting site. The meeting room is fully air-conditioned.
Registration:
A registration table will be located at the entrance to the room where you can pick up your nametag, schedule, and other information
We are not printing individual copies of the proceedings book this year. However, they are available via our website.
Meals:
A continental breakfast will be laid out at 8:30 a.m. both days in the anteroom. Buffet lunches will be held both days in the Main Dining Room. Coffee and tea will be available in the anteroom during scheduled coffee breaks. Ice water will be available in both the conference room and the anteroom throughout the day.
A reception will take place on Tuesday, May 20 at 5:00 p.m. with hors d'ouvres and a cash bar.
