How do I add a network printer to my Windows PC?
If you are running Windows 2000 or Windows XP, you can add a network printers as follows: 1. Find the name or ip address of the printer you wish to add. The printers in room 331 are hp4600-316 (color), hp4300-316 (black-and-white), and lj6mp-316 (black-and-white). The color printers in the hallway next to room 444 are called qms3100-444 and hp2605-444. You can refer to them by name when adding them.
