Frozen Sweet Pickles

• 7 cups cucumbers
• 1 green pepper
• 2 medium onions
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup cider vinegar
• 1 T salt
• 1/2 tsp celery seed

Bring sugar, vinegar, salt and celery seed to a boil. Pour over cucumbers, pepper and onions. Let cool, stirring often. Place in containers and freeze.
