Season 6: It's The End Of The World As We Know It

Episode 55: Starting Over?

The group discovers that the destruction of the island while ChiNet was focussed on it have had wide-ranging effects, including jumbling up local gates and shifting junctures about. They learn the truth about Bunter and the Household Staff, and find themselves in China, 80 A.D., but a China with Roman legionnaires... with muskets.

Episode 56: Nazis. I Really Hate These Guys

The group has a run-in with the local authorities and flees town. A Nazi exploration force, accompanied by the ubermensch Kristallnacht, comes through the gate and are destroyed by the group. They meet up with a Templar scouting party that had come through before them. The group fights their way back to the gate and into the Netherworld. First appearance of Hannibal; first non-TNG appearance of Jubei, Ling Mae and Thiothar.

Episode 57: They Tore Down The Netherworld (And Put Up A Parking Lot)

The group explores a very changed Netherworld. They travel to 15th century France and meet with Ba Fo Ma, head of a prosperous Templar order. They come to an arrangement, then go to deal with a disturbance in the countryside.

Episode 58: Gatecrashing

The group finds a man with a steam-powered mecha tearing up the countryside, then have to deal with Nazis and demons. A new gate is created and then shattered.

Episode 59: Railroaded

The group continues to explore the Netherworld. They find an entrance to a vast railroad train facility and a cyborg-train which is laying new track through the Netherworld. They begin to map the Netherworld and figure out how it works now. They battle Aztec warriors.

Episode 60: Welcome To Greater Hong Kong

The group finds another gate, which leads to Hong Kong in roughly 2040, 40 years after the world was horribly changed. HK is now Greater Hong Kong, composed of enclaves from many differing timestreams. The group explores the city, and Ling Mae learns of her first doppel. They agree to perform a mission for a member of the city Council.

Episode 61: Mistake On The Lake

The group is Gated to Lake Michigan, where Chicago is a decades-abandoned city, inhabited only by monsters and scavengers. They travel to nearby Bartertown and defend it from agents of Mile High Industries. They decide to head west to confront MHI directly. They have a series of battles along the way, before finally getting MHI to agree to leave Bartertown alone.

Episode 62: Blood Eagle

In their second mission for the Council, the group travels to Africa. There they face first the vampiric minions of the former Nazi ubermensch Blutadler and then the main vampire himself. Ling Mae is infected with vampirism in the battle, and the group finds itself with a portal to Hell.

Episode 63: Gatecrashing, Redux

Hannibal manages to get Ling Mae cured, at the cost of incurring a debt. Meanwhile, surviving vampires attack the other heroes, guarding the portal to Hell. In the course of the battle, the portal is opened and various demons come through. In the course of fighting these demons, the portal is hit with the Gatemaker and destabilizes.

Episode 64: Iron Snake

To pay off the debt for Ling Mae's vampirism cure, the group has to face the Army of The Iron Snake, which turns out to be a society living on a many-mile-long train, with tracks being steadily built north. Doing some detective work, they figure out which time and place would be the best for the train and arrange to transport it through the Netherworld.

Episode 65: Fall of the Fortress

Taking on a third mission for the Council, the group travels to Scotland, where some Buro survivors with a Flying Fortress have been ruling the local area, as well as performing some very disturbing experiments. The group ends up crashing the Fortress into the main laboratories/factories, destroying all of them.

Episode 66: On The Wall

On the fourth mission for the council, the group travels to Lake Vostok, where they find Russian survivors of the Nazi victory in World War II. They learn that the Russians are being regularly attacked by monsters and then help fend off an assault. Travelling to the city of the beastmen, they negotiate an armistice that will involve the construction of a wall between the two sides, to be jointly administered.

Episode 67: This Immortal

Intrigued by mention of an "Ancient One", the group travels deep into Russia and into Siberia. They meet a group of Cossacks who have been taught Bushido by a version of Akayama. They find the Ancient One at Tunguska, where he is using the power of his will to hold it stable and stave off the end of the world, effectively. They learn much of the history of the world and the one that came before it.

Episode 68: Out and Back To The Outback

The group tries to use a portal in Lake Baikal to travel to Greater Hong Kong, but find themselves in the cave of their current patron, Koshchei, revealed to be a great dragon. He is not amused, but sends them on to GHK. They receive more job offers, but pass temporarily to travel to Australia, 90 AD.

There they fight and then speak with Baiame, last of the great Lemurian sorcerers, who tells them much of the history of the world, the one that came before it, and the one that came before that.

Episode 69: The Black Shield

The group returns to GHK and accept a job offer to topple three so-called 'gods' in India. They decide to take on Shiva first. On the way, they rescue a monk from Agharta who tells them of the area. Shiva turns out to be a Nazi Ubermensch and the group is smuggled into his palace by the local resistance. He is defeated and then another Ubermensch, die Schatte, a version of Jubei, is found and defeated. A version of Thiothar is rescued from being frozen in a block of ice.

Episode 70: Ghost Of The Past

The ghost of Johnny Else returns, apparently driven mad (as far as anyone can tell the difference) from his stay in limbo. As Johnny recites bizarre fragments of wisdom, the group visits a city run by Brahma...once a train-cyborg, now apparently an avatar of a god. They reach an agreement with him and move onto Vishnu, who proves to have incredible powers over time but eventually falls to the group, taking Johnny with her.

Episode 71: Bullet Train To Hell

Returning to GHK, the group takes another mission from the council, this time travelling to Japan on behalf of Benten. After much sneaking about, they decide to take a bullet train to Tokyo to visit the Emperor, whereupon they get in a fight with several demons attacking the train.

Episode 72: On A Mission For The Emperor

The group is taken into custody and meets with the Emperor. They eventually reach an agreement whereby if they can substantially reduce Japan's demon problem, Benten's wishes will be met. They travel to China and face a bat-demon.

Episode 73: Winds Of Change

Now in posession of a feng shui site they wish to destroy, the group has to deal with a besieging demonic army. After partially destroying the site, they go acquire the tools to finish the job. As they do so, a chi-storm hits, causing strange changes to their surroundings and them. (This episode marks the departure of the old actor for Hannibal and the arrival of a new one, as well as some wardrobe/hairstyle changes for Takeda.)

Episode 74: Kill The Emperor!

The group travels to the Forbidden City and defeats the Lotus emperor there. They learn more of the Final Kingdom and of the Hell-version of Thiothar.

Episode 75: Harbor Defenders, Attack!

Returning to Japan, the group concludes their deal with the emperor. Investigating the actions of MITI, they get in a fight with the Tokyo Harbor Anti-Demon Defense Team and uncover a Final Kingdom operation. They destroy FK-Akuyama and liberate FK-Ling Mae.

Episode 76: Lost Horizon

The group travels to Agharta, the paradisacal land on the Himalayan plateau, seeking the Earthheart and antidemon lore. They end up with Thiothar between hammer and anvil.

Episode 77:Globetrotting For Fun And Profit

The group makes common cause with the Shih demon hunters, has a run-in with Furious George And The Clones, and generally spends a lot of time on the road, mostly in a stolen hovercraft.

Episode 78:Inside The Beltway

Washington DC is visited and found to be a very odd place. Even odder than before the Shattering. A detachment of the White Fleet is saved from a Final Kingdom ambush.

Episode 79:The White Episode

The High Admiral of the White Fleet invites the group over for tea, or at least a meeting. The group discovers Huan Ken, amnesia-stricken, in Manhattan, and restore him to himself.

Episode 80:He'll Take Manhattan

The group fights against Omega's forces, which are besieging New York. They destroy the Earthquake Generator and the industrial scale Helix Ripper, but Jubei falls prey to the powers of Preparer of the Damned and collapses, her heart fused.

Episode 81:Omega's End

The group fights against Omega and his servants, with assistance from the Shih and the White Fleet. The elite of the Shih, including MacRory Li, and Rime and Vetr all fall in the battle, but Omega is finally destroyed. The White Queen gives up the Iceheart so that Jubei may live.
