The Nile Empire is spread over much of northeastern Africa: Egypt, Libya, portions of Israel and the Arabian peninsula, and others. Run by the megalomaniacal Dr. Mobius, its technology is only that of the 1930's, and the foreign reality has imposed the appearance of 1930's America, crossed with ancient Egypt.

In addition to its technology, the Nile Empire has functioning magic, and miracles can be invoked regularly. But the most fascinating power available there is that of Weird Science.
