Alexandra Chang was an Asian-American woman who was one of the first friends to the group that would become Fugitive Group C. A professional truck driver, when the invasion hit, she decided to do what she did best, and began running supplies into the Living Land, and running refugees out.

It was on one such run, accompanied by Isa Tharend and Mike Robinson, that things got really strange. The Earth had just stopped rotating, and as the weather began to get bad, she tried to just carry on. She accompanied the other two, and the edeinos H'hodaraak Phaa they picked up, as they rode through the Earth in the Digging Machine and helped them restart the Earth's spin.

While trying to leave the area though, their plane went down on Christmas Island and Alexandra was killed in a battle against Victor Kingman. Kingman later brought her back as a zombie to the Forever City, where she was killed again and laid to rest properly.

Sister Marguerite: A Catholic nun, she was an acquaintance of Leroy Washington in Los Angeles, having met him after being arrested in a protest march. After the war, her activist tendencies got her recruited by Vatican Intelligence and sent into CyberFrance. While organizing a commando raid on the abbey near Roncevalles (in October, 1994), she ran into Fugitive Group C, and the groups pooled their efforts.

Later, Sparks ran a mission into CyberFrance and joined up with her group for a while, accompanying her to Paris.

Ishidoru Nagata: A Japanese businessman, and friend of the family of Fujiwara, he came to Aysle seeking new markets, transformed, and settled down there. He currently heads a mercantile empire with extensive trading interests on Elvenport. He lent Fugitive Group C a small ship to help them reach the castle of Alianora. Later, he provided them with fast transport to get around Aysle in a hurry during the time of Simon Carr's ultimatum.

Hideo Nogumi: A Japanese friend of Fujiwara. With the purchase of American baseball teams by Japanese owners, he became the first Japanese member of the Major League Baseball Commission. He helped Fugitive Group C by getting them into the World Series, where they helped reveal CyberPapal involvement.

Mintaka: A mysterious man, apparently of Mesoamerican ancestry, whom Fugitive Group C encountered in the Land Below. He sacrificed himself to help defeat Professor Sharif, leaving behind some mysterious artifacts. The group later went to Guatemala to find out more about him and discovered Arthur Tree, from whom they learned that Mintaka was a Space God.

Colonel Nicolai Petrovich Ondarev: Administrator of Project Omen, otherwise known as the Soviet Psychic Research Group. Technically, the superior officer of Katrina Rostov, but tends to defer to her abilities. Met Fugitive Group C on the Orient Express.

Ellerby Quaff: Ayslish dwarf, proprietor of the "Eye Of Shali" magic supply store/occult bookstore in Hong Kong. Not interested in magic himself, his background still makes him quite qualified to run such a store. An old acquaintance of Katheryn, he gave the group some information when they passed through. He is known to play the stock market.

Malcolm "Claymore" Stuart: A member of the same US Marines platoon as Leroy "Holmes" Washington. A demolitionist, after Vietnam he drifted until eventually joining the Spartans. He ran into Fugitive Group C in Tunis, where he was able to give them some information. Though Washington (now known as Chrome) had a price on his head, Stuart did not turn him in.

Arthur Tree: Well...Arthur is, as his name, suggests, a tree. To be a little more specific, Arthur is a bioengineered tree, created by the Space Gods for "environmental control" which includes functioning as the central computer for the facility he is planted in. His particular facility is in the style of an ancient mesoamerican pyramid in Guatemala, and was used for the suspended animation chamber of Mintaka. Arthur is telepathically sensitive (normal for his breed) and sentient (which is not). He picked his name from a scan of Fugitive Group C.
