Jacques Martel: Grand Marshal of the Knights Hospitaller, he was on board Firmament when it was attacked by Fugitive Group C. He was killed when Chrome zapped him with a taser that happened to trigger massive short-circuiting in his cyberware.
Pere Jean Martine: An Inquisitor, he was on board Firmament when it was attacked by Fugitive Group C. He escaped the destruction of the space station.
Bishop Etienne Mordeaux: The name on a report filed by JF8 which the group managed to get their hands on. He was apparently JF8's immediate superior.
Sid and Iris Mendelbaum: A pair of Church agents who attacked Fugitive Group C when they were on board the Orient Express. Using his voodoo, Cyranno literally scared them to death: in their terror, they leapt from the speeding train. The Mendelbaums were primarily notable for their cover. They pretended to be stereotypical "Ugly Americans," wearing grotesque Hawaiian shirts, shorts, black socks and shoes, big cameras, and generally acting obnoxious.
