Angar Uthorion was High Lord of Aysle, at least those parts controlled by the Dark Army, and as such, effective ruler of Scandinavia, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
He is known to have been a mage on the world of Kantovia when that world was invaded by the Gaunt Man. Betraying his world, he became a lieutenant to that dark power. Much later, he found Drakacanus and set out to become a High Lord in his own right, with his master's blessing.
Invading Aysle, he made an alliance with the entity god Corba'al. Defeating the armies of Pella Ardinay, he took over her body and pretended to have stopped the invasion. He ruled in Ardinay's name for a century, and then the Gaunt Man called for his assistance in the invasion of Earth.
After his armies had conquered their share of the Earth, Uthorion stepped foot on our world and found himself under assault by an ancient spell, which tore him from Ardinay's body. Taking control of Thorfinn Bjanni, he led the Dark forces in rebellion against Ardinay, now once more in control of her own body.
Separated from Drakacanus, Uthorion/Bjanni's power was limited, and he schemed constantly to increase it. Finally, he planned a massive three-front invasion which was foiled largely through the efforts of Fugitive Group C. Fugitive Group C then confronted him in his stronghold and kill Bjanni's body, causing him to flee to a dragon's body he had prepared. But before he could escape, they slew this form as well, finally destroying him.
