Seda Chen Style

The Seda Chen style of Martial Arts is a new style, apparently brought to Earth by the invaders.

Prerequisites

To learn the Shao Lin style, a character must have at least one add in Evidence Analysis, Find, and Test or Willpower.

Disciplines

  1. Lightning Fist: This maneuver allows two attacks without being a Multiaction. It may not be performed on two consecutive rounds and may not be performed during Flurry rounds.

  2. Sacrifice Kick: This is an All-Out Martial Arts Strike. Kind of pointless, really.

  3. Serpent's Coils: This maneuver gives +3 to Active Dodges.

  4. Stone Fist: This maneuver does STR+4 damage.

  5. Weakness Probe: The character spends a round doing nothing but studying their opponent (or actively defending). If they then make a PER roll with a DN of their opponent's Unarmed Combat (or Martial Arts) skill, they get +1 to hit and +3 damage for one round (versus that opponent only). This maneuver may also reveal possible locations for a Vital Blow.

  6. Self-Instruction: The character does not require instruction in further disciplines.

  7. Spirit Shout: This shout is an attack (Martial Arts +3 vs target's SPI+3) that does SPI+3 damage. The character using it will take 5 Shock.

  8. Death Touch: This attack costs four possibility points. After performing a normal strike, the target must make a TOU roll (DN of how much damage was done). If this roll fails, the target takes 15 result points of damage. A new bonus is rolled and added to the base damage of the strike, and compared to the attacker's TOU, doing one Shock per result point.
