Washington D.C.
25-30 March, 2006

In March 2006, I headed up to Washington D.C. for the AbSciCon 2006 conference. The conference was great from a science point of view, tragic from a political and funding point of view but AMAZING because of its location! Since I had never been to D.C. before, I managed to find some time to do some sightseeing. Most of it was on the National Mall but I did also get over to Arlington National Cemetary and spend some time in the Air and Space Museum, the Natural History Museum and the National Archives.
