Most of us walked the beach before leaving the hotel that morning.We were also treated to a great view of
a snowcapped mountain.Then it was
in the bus and off to the Lycean tombs of Myra.These tombs date from ~ 500 BC.Myra
became the largest city during Roman times ~200AD, when the theater was
built.We then had lunch downtown
and then visited the church
of Father Christmas –
St. Nick’s Church (600-700AD).Then, we continued our drive and got a great view of the town of Cas.Our hotel was on the shoreline with a
great view of a Greek island.
