The drive to Patara afforded a view of a great beach, along the way.Patara is a ruin near the sea that
includes a Roman gate and theater.We all got our feet wet and enjoyed the beach there.Then we continued to the city of Fethiye at the end of the
Mediterranean coast, where we had lunch in the harbor area.After lunch, we continued our drive
inland and stopped for a view of the valley as we climbed toward Mugla.At Mugla we headed west toward our final
destination of Bodrum.
