Pictures from my first week in Nice

	Medium Large	My living room, which is pretty spacious. The TV only gets the French state-run broadcast TV stations. I need a DVD player...
	Medium Large	My kitchen, which is connected to the living room. There's no oven, just a stovetop, but there is a microwave that is also a toaster oven. If you ever use one of these, make sure not to accidentally hit "Microwave" when the metal grill is in there. Trust me.
	Medium Large	The smallest washing machine I've ever seen. It's even smaller than my fridge, which is under the stove.
	Medium Large	There's a bathroom. No bidet, though.
	Medium Large	And my bedroom, which is only slightly larger than the bed itself.

	Medium Large	Weird winter festivities. It's hard to tell how weird it was from the picture, but trust me. There was also outdoor ice skating, even though it's been fairly warm and it probably snows less often here than in Tucson.

	Medium Large	This is a loop road around the hill that goes to all of the non-telescope buildings at the observatory. I go to the right. The telescopes are a bit higher up the hill.

	Medium Large	My desk. A little bare at the moment. I feel like it needs a few hundred Mountian Dew cans on it or something like that. I inherited a docking station that works with my laptop. It's pretty convenient.

	Medium Large	Looking East along the road that runs along the coast. At the top of the hill, called "Castle Hill", is a bunch of old ruins and a cemetary. The view is great.
