The hotel conference center is a detached building about 100 feet south of the hotel with 3,400 square feet of meeting and poster area, and 900 square feet for exhibit area and break refreshments in the lobby. We will provide poster boards, overhead projectors and 25mm slide projectors. We are not currently planning to provide a computer projection system for Powerpoint presentations unless there is an overwhelming response for one. Even today, too much time is wasted setting up and getting them to work reliably.
Table space for commercial exhibits and displays will be available on a first come, first served basis. Vendors/exhibitors should indicate their space needs as early as possible. This space will be locked up at night, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed. We have been told that there have never been any thefts, but vendors will need to decide if they want to pack things up each night.
We will not provide computers with internet access, but the hotel rooms are equipped with data ports for laptop connection.
