Solar Minimum Conditions at Equinox

Neutral Temperature for Venus, Earth, and Mars at Equator

Venus:
VTGCM equatorial temperatures and their diurnal variations for SMIN conditions: T (temperature at LAT = 2.5N, showing large day-night variations. Exospheric values range from a nightside minimum (105 K) to a dayside maximum (231 K), yielding a day-night contrast of 126 K. Cold mesopause temperatures (160-170 K) appear on the dayside near 105 km.

Earth:
TIEGCM equatorial temperatures and their diurnal variations for SMIN conditions: T (temperature at LAT = 2.5N, showing large day-night variations. Exospheric values range from a nightside minimum (675 K) to a dayside maximum (793 K), yielding a day-night contrast of 118 K. Cold mesopause temperatures (~160 K) appear on the dayside near 100 km.

Mars:
MTGCM equatorial temperatures and their diurnal variations for SMIN conditions: T (temperature at LAT = 2.5N, showing large day-night variations. Exospheric values range from a nightside minimum (140 K) to a dayside maximum (220 K), yielding a day-night contrast of 80 K. Cold mesopause temperatures (~113-130 K) appear on the dayside over 90-110 km.
