Kepler to Shirase
Digital Art made in Python.
“Kepler to Shirase” is made using Kepler data of exoplanets between the sizes of Earth and Neptune. The central ring represents planet-hosting stars, colored by their surface temperature to match their appearance in space (based on work by Harre & Heller 2021). Bars and dots represent planets orbiting those stars, colored by their physical size, with placement based on orbital period.
