2019 Lunar and Planetary Laboratory Conference (LPLC)

This year's Lunar and Planetary Laboratory Conference (LPLC) will be held at the ENR2 building on the UA campus Friday, August 23rd. Breakfast and lunch will be provided for registrants, with a reception held afterwards. LPLC is a one-day event, with an emphasis on shorter talks for a "show and tell" atmosphere. The registration and short abstract (a couple sentences!) submission deadline is Wednesday, July 24th.

LPLC provides an informal environment in which members of LPL and the Tucson-area planetary science community share research projects and interests. Presentations from all stages of the research process are encouraged, including upcoming work/brainstorming, work in progress, class projects, and recent results. The goal of these talks are to provide a glimpse at the wide variety of work being done in LPL-relevant fields and help foster discussion and collaboration.

More information and the forms to register and submit abstracts (open now!) can be found at www.lpl.arizona.edu/lplc
