|Thursday, Aug 20–Friday, Aug 21||LPLC: Lunar and Planetary Laboratory Conference|
The Lunar and Planetary Laboratory is pleased to announce this year’s Lunar and Planetary Laboratory Conference to be held in Kuiper 308 on Thursday, August 20th and Friday, August 21st.
The Lunar and Planetary Laboratory Conference (LPLC) provides an informal environment in which members of LPL and the Tucson-area planetary science community share research projects and interests. Presentations from all stages of the research process are encouraged, including upcoming work/brainstorming, work in progress, class projects, and recent results. Talks will have 10 minutes allocated to each speaker.
Abstracts of 200 characters or less (no formatting) will be due by July 17th. The registration deadline for this year’s conference will be July 24th. The website will be up soon. Keep an eye out for another email in the coming weeks with more details on abstract submission and registration. It is important for everyone who will be attending to register in order for breakfast and lunches to be properly planned (especially for those with dietary restrictions).
Feel free to email us with any inquiries.
