Why is my Apple Remote Desktop connection attempt refused?

If you are on the Kuiper wired network, you should be able to connection via Apple Remote Desktop (ARD) to your Kuiper Mac.

If you are elsewhere, you need to first login to the UA VPN, then connect via ARD to your Kuiper Mac.
