Dear Coach,

Just a quick note to thank you for attending the AIA Softball meeting last night.
We realize that you came on your own personal time, and appreciate your
dedication to the young ladies you coach and the sport of softball.

My reason for collecting your email addresses is that Emily Alexander is
creating a database of softball coaches in the State. It is hoped that we
will be able to contact you directly and efficiently, rather than going through
the individual Athletic Directors. When our work is done, we will present our
database to the AIA. It is hoped that better communication between the various
facets of softball will allow each of us to better serve the whole.

I remind you to check out our local web site, and Emily's web site periodically.
Updates from the AIA in Phoenix and NFHS Headquarters in Indianapolis are
posted as soon as we get them. Also, our membership directory is on line,
in case you need to contact umpire(s) or schedule a scrimmage. Please feel
free to email or call at any time we can be of service.
