Artist Biography

Lonny Buinis holds degrees from Stevens Institute of Technology in physics and computer science. He is a member of the International Association of Astronomical Artists. He wrote the first interactive astronomical history book. The United Astronomy Clubs of New Jersey named the Lonny Buinis Observatory in 2016 for his 26 years of volunteer work.
