Description

Connecting is an art piece inspired by The Creation of Michelangelo in Sistine Chapel and the OSIRIS - REx Mission that traveled to near Earth asteroid Bennu. The lower hand represent us in looking for the connection of life in the universe. While the hand on the upper part represent OSIRIS-REx and other space mission in bringing data that will help us understand how planets and life began.    

Artist Biography

Paul Anton Mahinay is a Junior High School Science Teacher in the Philippines. He finished BSEd major in Biology and he is now pursuing Master of Science in Astronomy major in Meteorological Science.
