The Peter W. Likins Graduate Fellowship Award
In recognition of his outstanding vision, leadership, and unwavering commitment to diversity and excellence, the Board of Directors of the University of Arizona Foundation has established a permanent endowment in honor of the 18th President of the University of Arizona, Peter "Pete" Likins. Award recipients will be first or second year graduate students (international or domestic) who have, due to circumstances of whatever nature, overcome substantial adversity to be accepted for admission by a degree granting graduate program (masters or doctoral) at the University of Arizona (UA).

CONACyT Fellowships for Mexican Doctoral Students
The University of Arizona Graduate College is pleased to announce that the University of Arizona has teamed up with CONACyT, the Mexican Council for Science and Technology (equivalent to the US National Science Foundation) in order to provide a new source of funding for Mexican graduate students. This web page contains important information related to this partnership and how students can apply to participate.
Native American Student Affairs (NASA) Scholarships
The Native American Student Affairs Office (NASA) coordinates Native American Scholarships for UA Native undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. The Scholarships are made available on an annual basis and are drawn from various sources such as endowments, donors, and charitable trust funds. A majority of the Scholarships are need-based. Individual scholarship award amounts vary. Applicants must verify enrollment with a federal or state recognized tribe.
